Directions
Thread 4-6 pieces of fruit (except mangos) on each of the 24 skewers. Place skewers on large serving platter and set aside.

Place mango pieces and pineapple preserves in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into small serving bowl.

Serve kabobs with mango coulis.

-1 cup green grapes
-1 cup Blueberries
-3 star fruit, cut into 24 slices (small)
-2 mangos, peeled, seeds removed and cut into pieces (large)
-1/4 cup pineapple preserves
-24 skewers
