A cooking bag manufactured with heat tempered plastic enabling it to withstand the high temperatures of an oven. The Oven Bag is designed to hold a variety of foods as they cook, providing a moist heat cooking method when oven roasting. The Oven or Roasting Bag can be used to cook a variety of foods, but is most often used for cooking large cuts of meat, such as turkey, chicken, ham, pork roasts, and beef roasts.
