Considered to be beneficial for a variety of nutrients, Wheatgrass is often sought for its chlorophyll content and the significant amount of vitamin K it contains as well as the additional amounts of enzymes, minerals, and amino acids within the sprouts. Wheatgrass is typically made into a beverage known as wheatgrass juice which is touted for its healthy attributes, but it is also used as a component to be made into a tablet form sold by health food stores.
