Santol

An imported tropical fruit originating in the Malaysian area, which is oval to round in shape and 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches in diameter. It is yellow, tinged with brown, in color and has a thick velvety rind. The fruit's flesh is a translucent white and is segmented into five sections.
