I never intentionally ate a beet, I admit it and even blogged about it. My wife loves them so it was only a matter of time. I was surprised that I actually liked them and we've grilled them several times since. They add great color to the grill and your plate and I understand they are very good for you... Beets being a root vegetable like potatoes grill in a similar manner.
