"Excellent guidelines. I especially like the addition of the "cooking in a bag" method. I usually "stuff" mine loosely with carrots, celery and onions".......but because these vegetables give off steam, it helps cook the bird internally so I use the times for an UNSTUFFED bird. The vegetables maintain moisture in the white meat and adds a good flavor."
