"Great info! I have never cooked a ham in an oven bag but always do my turkeys in one. I think I am going to try this year's Easter ham in an oven bag. Thanks for providing the cooking times and temp."

Comment: Sheila, I have used an oven bag many times. Yes, your turkey will cook faster and it will be really moist. It may not get nicely browned but you can stick it back in the oven for browning once you take it out of the bag or cut the bag open and pull it down around the turkey and allow it to brown. Just don't leave it in the oven too long or you will lose some of its moistness.
"I agree with Savory about the info on spiral hams. I also noticed that this article suggests cooking it at 275 degrees, which I have always cooked them at 350 degrees. That might help keep it moister also."
"Thanks for the great information on how to cook a prime rib. I just bought one to fix for a special occasion this weekend and had never prepared one before. I didn't want to ruin it so this I really appreciate all this information. I feel better about fixing it now."
"Found this chart when I was searching for cooking temperatures and times for Boston Butt roast. I have to cook a couple of roast for the weekend and wasn't sure what temperature to cook at and for how long. Didn't want to overcook them so this chart will be helpful."
