This is the recipe I use for my homemade soup: Beat 2 eggs, 1tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Add 1 1/2 c milk and 4 cups of flour. Make balls from dough using metal table spoon and boil 10-15 minutes. I've found they get more flavor boiling them in chicken broth.
