Spiced Cider Punch
The Cheddar Crackers are great with the Chicken Salad but a slice of garlic toast would also be good if you prefer.

Day 3
Dinner: 
Beef Noodle Bowl
Pork Egg Rolls
Oriental Coleslaw

Day 4
Dinner: 
Quick and Easy Sloppy Joes
Mom's Homemade Macaroni and Cheese
Salted Nut Roll Bars

Day 5
Dinner: 
Cheesy Sausage and Rice Casserole
Golden Crusted Brussels sprouts
Oreo Cookie Salad or Dessert

Day 6
Dinner: 
Beef Fajita Nachos
Spicy Mexican Corn Dip
Homemade Canned Salsa
Guacamole
Lemonade
Salsa and guacamole can be purchased from the store to make meal preparation easier. Also, add sour cream to the topping choices if your family prefers. Lemonade goes well with this meal but any refreshing beverage would be great.

Day 7
Dinner: 
Pan-Seared Chops with Pear and Soy-Ginger Glaze
Squash Risotto
Oven Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan
