Meal Plan: April 20 - 26, 2014
Day 1
This meal plan has been created to feed a group of friends and family on Easter. If you will only have a small group you may want to eliminate one salad and one vegetable dish.
Day 2
Day 3
Use the dinner rolls to make egg salad sandwiches. If you do not want to bake these rolls, select your favorite rolls or croissants from the bakery.
Day 4
You can use your favorite store-bought dressing for this salad if you prefer but you will love this dressing if you give it a try. If you don't have your own frozen corn you can purchase corn from the supermarket.
