No Bake Oyster Crackers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 package oyster crackers
Directions
Mix the ranch dressing, seasonings and oil in a bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds, until combined.

Drizzle over crackers and stir to coat all crackers.

Let cool before storing.

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds beef roast
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Kitchen bouquet
Directions
Put roast on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil; over both sides, sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Seal the foil and cook in an open roaster pan in a 350° oven for 2 hours. Open foil and pour the can of mushroom soup over the roast. Simmer until the soup is heated thoroughly; add 2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1/4 pound Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 egg yolk
Directions
Peel potatoes, cut into quarters, and boil until done (tender).

Drain off water and let dry (if possible in open warm oven).

Mash well, add butter, salt and pepper mixing well over a low fire, stirring until smooth. A double boiler is recommended.

Remove from fire, add egg yolk and mix well for about five minutes (if possible in warm water to retain heat).

Serve hot.

Serves 4 to 6.

Green Bean Casserole 121 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cans green beans, strained
  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
Directions
Sauté 1/4 cup butter and onions. Add flour and mix. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Then add green beans to mixture and put in 9x13" baking dish. Brown corn flakes in 1/4 cup butter. Spread over green bean mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top the last 5 minutes of baking.

Luscious Four Layer Pumpkin Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin (large)
  • 1/2 cup mMilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, divided
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip (French vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour two 9" round cake pans.

Beat cake mix, 1/2 of the pumpkin, milk, oil, eggs and 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl with mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Pour evenly into prepared pans. Bake 20-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire racks.

Beat cream cheese in small bowl with mixer on medium until creamy. Add powdered sugar, remaining pumpkin and remaining pumpkin spice; mix well. Stir in cool whip.

Remove cakes from pans. Cut each on in half. Ice between layers and the sides. Do not ice the top.

Drizzle caramel topping and cover with nuts. Slice and serve.
