| Soul food at its best! - baked catfish with savory Hush Puppies as a side dish makes an enjoyable menu item for everyone. When preparing this dish, the catfish filets are coated with cornmeal and parmesan cheese to enhance the enjoyable mild taste provided by this type of fish. |

Submitted By GrannyKivlen on 2008/07/17 Use rainbow trout or grey sole, or a fillet of flounder wrapped in aluminum foil; season with salt and pepper. Add two or three ounces of butter and several tablespoons of lemon juice. Cook on grill for fifteen to twenty minutes depending on thickness of the fillet. Great with corn wrapped in foil also on the grill. |

Submitted By RecipeTips.com Lemon and butter are often served with fish. This combination is even tastier when the flavors are baked together as in this quick and easy recipe. |
