Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can chopped black olives, small can
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream

  • Boil chicken until it starts to fall apart. Take chicken out of pot but keep water.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Shred chicken and then mix in chilies, black beans, and olives.
  • Dip tortillas in water and fill with chicken mix. Roll tortillas up and place in a baking dish.
  • Top with cheese and bake for 10 min or until cheese is melted. Serves with salsa and sour cream.
