Hillbilly Chili is the traditional Southern Chili (Georgia) recipe with a few twists!

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cans large cans WHOLE peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cans dark red kidney beans
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 2 cans tomatoe sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Emerils (or choice) Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
  • Brown your beef, drain. Pour in your tomato sauce, dice up your whole tomatoes, and then put them in. Pour in beans and Rotel.
  • Use about 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, and about one cup of cheese.
  • Let cook for about 20-30 minutes and
  • VOILA! . . . HILLBILLY CHILI
