  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar capers, small jar
  • handful of horseradish strings
  • chopped pickled beets
  • chopped pickles
  • white bread
  • Mix ground beef with capers, horseradish, chopped pickled beets, and chopped pickles; make into patties. Fry in butter and oil.
  • Toast simple white bread.
  • Fry eggs sunny side up.
  • Serve fried patty over toast covered by a fried egg.
