Asparagus Proscuitto Bundle Ups Recipe

This recipe is a dolled up version of asparagus. Simple to make, and lots of flavor even your kids will gobble them up!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound asparagus , trimmed
  • 10 thin slices proschuitto
  • 1/4 cup herb chive cream cheese
  • 1/2 package puff pastry

  • Trim end off of each asparagus.
  • Roll out 1 sheet of the puff pastry and spread the chive herb cream cheese over entire area.
  • Cut pastry into 1 inch strips and roll around the asapargus cream cheese side down. Start from the bottom and work your way up.
  • Place each on baking sheet and Bake 350 degrees for 5-6 min.
