Fresh raw kosher sausages made tastier and zingy.

  • 2 1/2 pounds freshly cased suasage beef
  • bay leaves
  • Pimentoes, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground fresh pepper
  • water
Container: cooking pot
  • Prick the sausages with a fork all over.
  • Run 1.5 liters water into pot, boil.
  • When water comes to a boil place all ingredients into pot and boil for at least 15 minutes.
  • Remove from stove and place pricked sausages into pot and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • When cool, light up your BBQ or frying pan and cook.
  • Delicious served on a fresh roll with hot mustard and pickle.
