Best Brats Ever Recipe

Ingredients

6 each brats
6 each buns
1 tablespoon mustatrd
1 each onion
1 each green pepper

Directions

Simmer Bob Evans or Johnsonville original brats in beer of choice, add diced onion and diced green pepper.
When ready to serve grill brats to add grill marks, put on your favorite bun (potato buns, or poppy seed buns are good) add mustard, some of the onion and peppers.
Good luck trying to eat just one!

"My husband loved these brats. He especially liked the onions and green peppers added to them. I ate mine without onions and peppers because I don't like onions, but cooking them with the onions and green peppers gave the brats great flavor."
