Sausage Meatloaf Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound sausage out of casing (hot gives it more flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon each Italian Seasoning, Basil, Oregano, Garlic powder, minced garlic, onion flakes or powder (for the non onion lovers) and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 Italian Bread Crumbs
  • Combine all ingredients and place (forming a meatloaf shape) into a baking dish with a small amount of water in the bottom.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F. until done.
