Tortilla and Eggs Recipe

  • 1 oil
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 egg
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • 1/2 mushrooms, to taste
  • 1/4 shredded cheddar or jack cheese
  • 3 salsa
In frying pan, selected for size of tortilla, heat oil.

When hot, place tortilla in pan. Cook until tortilla is slightly browned on the bottom. Flip.

Onto flipped tortilla crack one egg and with a fork scramble it around the tortilla. Sprinkle garlic salt around to taste. Place sliced mushrooms in single layer on top of egg-topped tortilla. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Spread salsa on top. Cook with a lid until egg is done and cheese is melted.

NOTE: Do not overcook or tortilla will burn on the bottom. Slide tortilla onto a dinner plate and enjoy.
