Roasted Tomatoes Recipe

A suprisingly delicious side dish that goes great with pasta. Roasting the tomatoes sweetens them and caramelizes the juices.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread tomatoes on a baking sheet. Add garlic, olive oil and seasonings. Stir to cover tomatoes. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

- 2 pints grape tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste
