Mojo Fondue Broth Recipe

This is a great alternative to using oil for your fondue pot. Tastes great with seafood and vegetables.

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Transfer to a fondue pot. Dip any of your favorites into this and enjoy.
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 5 1/4 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
scallops, shrimp, par-boiled potatoes, mushrooms, etc
