Chicken with a little "kick", soothed by blue cheese.
Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup hot sauce (I use Texas Pete)
  • 4 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
  • 4 pieces provolone cheese
  • 4 teaspoons blue cheese crumbles
Directions
COOK

READY IN

Soak chicken breasts in 1 cup hot sauce for 2-4 hours. Remove chicken from sauce and place on grill on low-medium for about 15 minutes per side. If you like your food extra spicy, drizzle more hot sauce on chicken while it is grilling. After chicken is cooked throughout, turn grill to low, spread 1 Tbsp blue cheese dressing over the top of each piece of chicken and top with one piece of Provolone cheese. Close lid and leave about 2 minutes until cheese has time to melt. Top with blue cheese crumbles before serving.
