Quick Apple Crisp Recipe

Using the help from your pantry, this dessert can be put together in a cinch.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place apples on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. In a medium bowl combine dry cake mix, sugar, cinnamon, and oatmeal. Spread over apples. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

-		6 cups apples, peeled, cored, sliced
-		1 package yellow cake mix
-		2 tablespoons sugar
-		1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
-		2 cups oatmeal
-		1/2 cup butter, melted
