Zesty Hot Sauce Recipe

We can't get enough of this hot sauce on our Mexican Dishes or with chips!

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or more on Liquify. Store in refrigerator in air-tight container. Will keep for 20 days. You could use 2 Hot Rotel or 2 Original Rotel, instead of 1 or each flavor - it is up to you. Tequila is optional (do not serve to anyone under 21), but gives it an even hotter flavor. Great on any Mexican Dish, Baked Potato, Ramen Noodles or with Nacho Chips.

Ingredients

-		1 each Can of Original Rotel
-		1 each Can of Hot Rotel
-		1 tablespoon Garlic - minced in the jar
-		1/4 cup LIME Pepper (hard to find, but it's the best ) Could use Lemon Pepper
		Salt to taste
-		1 each Shot Glass of Tequila - OPTIONAL
