This is a perfect topping for your grilled steak.
Directions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 1 more minute. Add mushrooms along with butter, pepper, salt and vinegar. Stir. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook until mushrooms are soft and dark, about 20 minutes.
