Pumpkin Waffles Recipe

Taste the flavor of fall. I made these for the first day of school.

Pumpkin Waffles Recipe (+)

Directions

Preheat waffle iron. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, butter, milk and pumpkin. Stir into dry ingredients, just until smooth. Spray iron with cooking spray. Spoon batter onto waffle iron. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions. Spread with butter and maple syrup.

-		1 cup and 2 tablespoons flour
-		2 tablespoons brown sugar
-		1 teaspoon cinnamon
-		1/2 teaspoon salt
-		1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-		1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-		2 eggs
-		2 tablespoons butter, melted
-		1 cup milk
-		1/2 cup pumpkin
