Reuben Soup Recipe

If you like reuben sandwiches (or even if you don't), you'll love this reuben soup!

Directions

Use a large saucepan and saute onion, celery & butter together until tender. Add remaining ingredients, simmer and stir occassionally. Garnish with seasoned croutons, salt & pepper if desired.

Ingredients

-		1/2 cup chopped celery
-		1/2 cup chopped onion
-		2 tablespoons butter
-		2 cups chicken broth
-		2 cups sauerkraut
-		1 can condensed milk (large)
-		2 cups chopped, cooked corned beef or ham
-		1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
