Quick and easy casserole everyone is sure to love.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
16 ounces tomato sauce
5 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic salt
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cottage cheese
4 ounces green chilies
2 cups corn chips, crushed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

30 mins

READY IN

40 mins

Brown beef. Drain. Add tomatoes, green onions and garlic salt. Let it cook on low until it has consistency. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies.

To Assemble, place half of the crushed chips on bottom of casserole dish. Layer meat, then sour cream mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers over again until full. Place rest of chips to be final layer on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
