Enjoy with your favorite condiments.

Directions

Cook Brats in beer, for 15 minutes. Then add 1 onion, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 additional minutes, remove from stove and take to grill and sear on grill while heating sour kraut and rest of onion. Now get ready for the feast!!!

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

-		12 each Brats
-		6 pints Beer
-		2 slices Onion
-		1 pound Sour kraut
-		4 pinches Salt
-		2 pinches Pepper
