Pork Ribs BBQ'd to perfection

Directions
Season the Pork with seasoning salt. Coat top and bottom. Wrap each rack of ribs in foil and bake in a 300 degree oven for 2 hours. After first hour drain liquid and rotate ribs. After baking ribs place each on a heated grill. Lightly season each side of the ribs as they are placed on the grill. Cook each side of the ribs for approximately 10-15 minutes over medium to low grill coals. Ribs should be fall off the bone tender and delicious. If you like wet ribs, add BBQ sauce after cooking.
