Oriental Salad with broccoli Recipe

I haven't met anyone yet who doesn't like this salad. Be sure to wait to add the dressing and the noodle/nut mixture until ready to serve.
Directions
In a a small skillet, melt the butter. Add the noodles and almonds until golden brown. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, broccoli and green onions. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce and seasonings. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1 package ramen noodles, broken into small pieces

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1 head Napa cabbage
-
2 cups broccoli, chopped

4 green onions, sliced
-
1/2 cup sugar
-
1/2 cup oil
-
1/4 cup cider vinegar
-
2 teaspoons soy sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
