A wonderful marinade for steak or pork. Work well with beef or pork tenderloin roasts, also.

Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate for one hour before grilling/cooking.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 pieces small pieces ginger root (peeled)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
