The best tasting and tender chicken ever - Naturally!

Directions

Take chicken and mix with items 2 - 8 in a plastic bag. Let marinade overnight in fridge.

Remove chicken from bag and place in a bowl. Place the sunflower seeds in a bag and gently tap with a meat tenderizer to chop to a fine to medium coarseness. Add the chicken to the bag of chopped sunflower seeds and shake until it is evenly coated with the seeds.

Place the Chicken on the BBQ until fully cooked.

Great taste naturally!

Ingredients

-		3 pounds chicken, cut up
-		1 cup extra virgin oil
-		1 teaspoon oregano
-		1 teaspoon thyme
-		1 clove garlic, chopped
-		1 pinch salt
-		1 pinch black pepper
-		1/4 cup cilantro
-		1 cup sunflowers, chopped fine to medium coarseness
