Honey/Ginger Soy Sauce Grilling Recipe

Great for those that like a little sweet with their grilling.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 dashes salt
  • 2 dashes pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
Directions
Marinate Chicken, fish or beef. Mix all ingredients and simmer on low for about 5 min. and let it sit for about 5 min. Pour in marinade with your chicken, fish or beef and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. Put some aside to brush on when on the grill.
Great for those that like a little sweet with their grilling.
