Cooked carrots with a cheese sauce.
Directions
Placed sliced carrots in a pan of water, boil for 5 minutes with onion salt to taste. Drain carrots and leave them slightly moist. In a buttered casserole dish, mix carrots, cheese cubes, and margarine. Sprinkle corn flakes, crushed potato chips, or French fried onions on top. Bake in 350' oven for 30 minutes. This recipe also works as a stove top recipe, although the toppings should be omitted.
