Sugar Free Banana Pudding Recipe

Ever had to hunt for the bananas in your pudding? This is Sugar Free but Fabulous. Cool Whip adds creamy texture and extra bananas are a must.

  • 1/2 box Murray’s sugar free vanilla wafers
  • 5 bananas
  • 12 ounces cool whip
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon banana flavoring (optional)
  • 4 1/2 cups milk (or half and half)
  • 2 small pkgs. sugar free instant banana cream pudding mix
In a large bowl beat pudding mix, milk, flavoring, and Splenda on high for 2 minutes. Add Cool whip and beat another 30 seconds or until well blended. Cut up 5 bananas and fold into mix (more or less bananas as desired). Pour ½ of the mixture into serving bowl. Add wafers to cover. Add remaining pudding. Top with more wafers.

Chill and serve.
