Easy and yummy meal. My family loves them and you don't have the fat like in hamburger.
Directions
Cook ground turkey and chopped onion in a pan over medium heat. Once the meat and onion are cooked, add the ketchup and mix well. Once the ketchup is mixed into the meat well, if it looks dry, you may want to add some more. Then add the mustard, mixing this well. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes and serve on hamburger buns. You can add a cheese slice to it if you would like. I serve this with chips or French fries. Feeds 6 - 8 people.
Ingredients
-
2 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
-
1 each Sweet Onion (chopped)
-
12 ounces Ketcup
-
3 tablespoons French's Mustard
-
1 package Hamburger Buns
-
1 package Cheese (optional)
