"This was very good. I threw in some celery, used chicken stock instead of water and served it on top of crunchy chinese noodles. Check on it after 1 hour of baking - mine seemed a little too done after 1 1/2 hours."
"My family really enjoyed this - I doubled the recipe, added 3 stalks of celery, diced and one orange pepper, diced and then sauteed with the onions. I also used chicken broth instead of the water with instant brown rice."
