Individual Cheesecake Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 24 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 8 ounces cream chese, softened
  • 21 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups whipped topped, thawed
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed

Line muffin tin with paper liners. Place a cookie in the bottom of each paper liner.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk and mix until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into baking cups. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Garnish with raspberries and juice.
