Nellies Shrimp Salad Recipe

A favorite in our family.

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain well. Combine salad dressing, sugar, cream, salt and pepper. Stir in pasta, shrimp and vegetables. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

-		1 package ring pasta
-		5 ounces small shrimp, cooked
-		2 stalks celery, finely diced
-		1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely diced
-		1/2 green pepper, finely diced
-		1/2 cup salad dressing
-		2 tablespoons sugar
-		2 tablespoons heavy cream
		salt and pepper
