Sweet n spicy salmon Recipe

A healthy option for salmon with a great taste, which is different in every bite!

  • 2 salmon steaks (boned)
  • 1 cup sweet chilly sauce
  • 3 tablespoons orange Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 garlic clove (chopped)
  • chopped ginger (equal amount to garlic)
Mix all ingredients together and use to marinate salmon for 1 hour.

Transfer fish to tin foil and pour residual liquid on top of fish.

Wrap foil over fish leaving a small gap at top to let out steam.

Place on hot grill for 15 minutes.

Serve with fresh salad.
