Grilled Garlic Corn on the Cob Recipe

The best corn on the cob for your summer get together !

Directions

Pull back husks off ears of corn and remove the silk, don't remove the husks. Pull the husks back over the ears and soak ears in water for 1 hour. Melt butter with minced garlic, add salt & pepper to taste. Pull the husk on ears of corn and brush on the garlic butter, pull the husks back up over the corn cobs and wrap individual ears in foil and place on grill for 20 minutes. The water absorbed in the corn while it soaked will allow the corn to steam tender while it grills.
