Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large egg beaten
  • 2 1/4 cups ketchup reserved 2
  • 1/8 cup mustard
  • 1 package 1 envelope of onion lipton soup mix
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup apple juice

Preheat your oven on 350 degrees. Combine the first 12 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl combine the reserved ketchup, and remaining ingredients, set aside. Take the ground beef mixture and shape into 4 equal parts. Then shape into meatloaf shapes, put on a baking sheet that has sides and bake for 1 hour at 350 degree oven. Top evenly with sauce, put back into the oven for 30 minutes longer.
