Microwave Meat Loaf Recipe

Easy moist meat loaf

Directions

Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Pack lightly into a 9 in round glass baking dish, making a well in the center. Place an empty glass in the center. Cook, uncovered, 6 mins. Drizzle some catsup over the top and cook 5 mins longer. Rest 5-6 mins.

Container: Microwave safe 2 quart dish

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

-		1 pound ground beef
-		6 each soda crakers, crushed
-		1 tablespoon parsley flakes
-		1/4 teaspoon pepper
-		1/4 cup chopped green pepper
-		1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
-		1 each egg
-		1 each small minced onion
-		1/2 teaspoon salt
-		1 teaspoon garlic salt
-		1/4 cup catsup
