Organic Mexican Wraps Recipe

  • 1 can Organic Corn, drained
  • 1 can Organic Black Beans, drained
  • 1 can Organic White Beans, drained
  • 8 ounces Organic Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 16 ounces Organic Italian Dressing
  • 1 package Organic Flour Tortillas

Drain the corn and beans and rinse completely. Mix vegetables with Italian dressing and let sit for at least an hour. Lay out Tortilla and fill with 1/2 to 1 cup of the mixture. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese inside. Roll Tortilla closed and secure with toothpick. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese on top. Put in microwave for 2 minutes or less, depending on your microwave. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
