Eggs and Chives Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
PREPARATION:
Finely chop the chives. Beat the eggs. Add soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and pepper. Heat a pan medium-high. Cook eggs. Add chives, and serve.
