This recipe is a perfect addition to a summer evening.

Directions

In a ziploc bag, combine oil, lime juice, garlic and seasonings. Add chicken and close tightly. Turn to coat. Place in refrigerator to marinate for at least one hour.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until the juices run clear.

Cook Time: 15 minutes
