Easy weeknight meal that can be thrown together with items you have on hand.

Directions

Season pork chops. Heat oil over medium-high heat in medium skillet. Add pork chops and onions. Brown on both sides. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Layer onions over meat. In a small bowl combine soup, broth and soy sauce. Pour over onions. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over cooked rice.

Cook Time: 6 or more hours

-		1 onion, sliced
-		1 can golden mushroom soup
-		1/4 cup beef broth
-		2 teaspoons soy sauce
-		4 cups cooked rice
