Great tasty snack for anytime!
Directions
Slice your meat into 1/8" slices. It is easiest to do this when the meat is slightly frozen. Mix other ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add the meat, cover and marinate at least an hour in the refrigerator, overnight is best. Place on dehydrator racks and cook as directed.

1 pound beef round steak or venison roast, sliced into 1/8" slices

4 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce

4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon ketchup
-
1/4 teaspoon pepper (more for hotter jerky)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
